An internship offers a structured and supervised workplace experience where individuals engage in real work environments.
A learnership is a program of work-based learning that results in an NQF registered qualification. These programs are directly linked to specific occupations or fields of work.
A skills programme is a set or cluster of unit standards gathered or combined to form a short programme bearing credits on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
A short course is a learning programme through which a learner may or may not be awarded credits, depending on the purpose of the programme.
